Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality dental care to patients
• Create and review dental treatment plans with patients and obtain informed consent
• Repair decayed and broken teeth through restoration techniques, potentially extract teeth, and restore edentulous areas
• Adhere to federal and government regulations, including state dental board rules, HIPAA, and OSHA regulations
• Lead and direct clinical support staff in all areas of patient treatment
• Maintain a positive attitude to foster a pleasant work environment

Requirements

• Current license to practice dentistry in the state of Indiana
• Experience in general dentistry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for patient care and community involvement

• Daily minimum guarantee of $800 - $1,000
• 30-35% of production paid on everything including X-rays (plus locational % premiums)

Pay

Average earning potential $250,000-$550,000 (including new graduates). Daily minimum guarantee of $800 - $1,000. 30-35% of production paid on everything including X-rays (plus locational % premiums).
