Qualifications

• Candidates must have a DMD/DDS dental degree from an accredited program
• Current and unrestricted NYS license in good standing
• Possess strong chairside manor, and great communication skills
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with dental clinic team
• Ability to work for a minimum of 1-4 weekdays per month

Responsibilities

• Performing general dentistry
• Treatment planning
• X-rays
• Oral prophylaxis
• Scaling
• Fabrication and repair of dentures, restorations
• Oral hygiene instruction
• Extractions within the limits of general practice
• Maintain proper EMR documentation of treatments for all patients
• Supervision of attending dental team
• Develop treatment plans and discuss them with patients to ensure understanding and consent
