About the Role

Practice the dentistry you want with complete clinical autonomy over treatment planning, a full patient schedule from day one, and fully digital, paperless offices equipped with modern tools. Choose your preferred dental supplies and instruments, and receive mentorship from experienced clinicians for new graduates or ongoing collaboration for experienced dentists.

Compensation

Permanent daily minimum guarantee with average full-time earnings of $290,000–$350,000+ annually. Up to $50,000 sign-on bonus available at select locations. No production cap—earn the greater of your daily guarantee or production.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school
• Current or future dental license eligible in the state of practice
