Dental Dreams is seeking an experienced General Dentist to join our Aurora, Illinois clinic for a full-time opportunity beginning in Fall 2026. We are a dentist-owned practice with over 20 years of experience, making decisions based on what is best for our patients from a dentist’s perspective.

About the role

We invest in hiring great dentists and provide modern, top-quality dental facilities, strong clinical support, and the resources needed to succeed. Our dentists treat a wide variety of general dentistry cases in a busy clinical environment, with experienced clinicians available for mentorship while maintaining complete clinical autonomy. We focus on delivering high-quality dentistry and expanding access to care for underserved patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality general dentistry care in a busy, established practice
• Maintain complete autonomy over treatment planning
• Collaborate with experienced clinicians for mentorship and support

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• At least 1 Saturday per month

Pay

• Permanent daily minimum guarantee
• Up to $50,000 sign-on bonus
• Average full-time compensation: $290,000–$350,000+
