Responsibilities and Facility Details

• Provide general dentistry services in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
• Approximately 16 patients per day
• Support staff includes dentists, hygienists, and dental assistants
• 4-day work week available
• EMR system: eClinicalWorks

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS)
• Board certified or board eligible
