We are seeking a skilled General Dentist to provide comprehensive dental care at our Dallas, Oregon location. This role offers flexibility for full-time or part-time employment, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus. The position qualifies for loan repayment programs administered by the ORH and NHSC.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited dental school
• Active OR state dental license or ability to obtain one
• Certifications such as CPR, DEA, NPI
