Full-time General Dentist role in Tucson, AZ Compensation: Percentage of production based on experience, with a $10,000 signing bonus Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive dental care in a predominantly PPO practice, supported by a full team of in-house specialists. Ensure quality patient care, build patient relationships, and maintain clinical excellence. Qualifications: Accredited dental degree, valid State Dental License or ability to acquire one, CPR, DEA, NPI certifications. Open to new graduates and experienced dentists. Key Duties: Deliver clinical treatments, utilize team support, and uphold practice standards. Adapt to innovative approaches to patient care and team collaboration. Skills & Attributes: Clinical autonomy, strong communication, commitment to patient care, and teamwork. Ability to work 3-5 days a week, Monday through Friday.
