• Active New Hampshire State License
• Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Dentrix Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
• Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)

• $1,000.07 – $1,082.55 per shift
