About the role

Central Pennsylvania Dental Openings near Harrisburg, PA – two permanent positions in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) outpatient setting. Relocation to the area is required. The practice serves an average of ~18 patients per day, focusing on preventative dentistry (exams, cleanings, restorations, extractions, and some root canals based on dentist comfort). The group does not currently offer dentures, crowns, or implants; more complex extractions and root canals are referred out. The office uses ECW (E‑clinical Works) EMR and has several academic partnerships. Located 25 minutes from Harrisburg, 3 hours from Pittsburgh, and 2 hours from Philadelphia.

Responsibilities

• Performing dental exams, cleanings, restorations, extractions, and some root canals (based on dentist comfort)
• Providing care to both adult and pediatric patients
• No after‑hours call required
• Utilizing ECW (E‑clinical Works) electronic medical record system
• Seeing approximately 18 patients per day on average

Requirements

• Current Pennsylvania dental license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• DEA registration

Qualifications

• Comfortable treating both adults and children
• Openness to work either 40 hours or 32 hours per week (including potential 4‑day work week)
• Willingness to relocate to the Central Pennsylvania area
