Requirements

- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school - Active Oregon dental license (or ability to obtain prior to employment) - Current CPR certification - DEA registration and NPI number (or ability to obtain)

- Experience in general dentistry is preferred but not required - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively
