We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if real content. Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to extract content. The posting includes: Applications must be submitted by date (application instruction) – we must remove application instructions. So drop that line. Then: NTC offers outstanding career opportunities... that's about the role/company description. Could go under About the role. Then: Salary is commensurate based on occupational experience and qualifications. That's vague; we should not create Pay section because it's just "commensurate". According to rule: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". So we should not create Pay section. Benefits: They mention "amazing Total Rewards package with competitive salaries, excellent benefits, and generous paid time off – including two paid closures for the winter holiday (Christmas – New Year) and summer (week of July 4th), for most full-time positions." That's benefits info. So we can create Benefits section with that content. Schedule: They mention position is generally 30 hours per week at NTC salaried and 10 hours per week at BCHC hourly, with flexibility based on academic and clinical priorities. That's schedule info. So we can create Schedule section. Responsibilities: The "Essential Functions And Responsibilities" list many duties. We'll put under Responsibilities. Requirements/Qualifications: There's "Minimum Qualifications Required" includes Education, Experience, etc. Also "Other Requirements" includes driver's license, BLS, etc. Also "Knowledge, Skills And Abilities". We need to decide sections: Qualifications, Skills, Requirements. The instruction says use headings for: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content. We could put Education/Experience under Qualifications. Knowledge, Skills And Abilities under Skills. Other Requirements (driver's license, BLS, etc.) under Requirements. Also maybe include "Minimum Qualifications Required" heading? But we must use only those headings. Thus:

About the role

NTC offers outstanding career opportunities on a modern campus with state-of-the-art technology that allows for a collaborative learning and work environment. Employees are offered an amazing Total Rewards package with competitive salaries, excellent benefits, and generous paid time off – including two paid closures for the winter holiday (Christmas – New Year) and summer (week of July 4th), for most full-time positions. NTC is “The College that Cares” and makes a difference in the lives of our employees and students. If you have the desire to help students while positively impacting the community, we’d love for you to join our team! See why our current employees did!

But note we already used benefits description there; maybe better to separate Benefits section. The About the role could be generic description: NTC offers outstanding career opportunities... Employees are offered... etc. But that includes benefits. Might be okay to keep benefits in About the role, but we also have Benefits section. To avoid duplication, we could put the generic description in About the role, and then Benefits section separate with the paid time off details. Let's parse: - "NTC offers outstanding career opportunities on a modern campus with state-of-the-art technology that allows for a collaborative learning and work environment." -> About the role. - "Employees are offered an amazing Total Rewards package with competitive salaries, excellent benefits, and generous paid time off – including two paid closures for the winter holiday (Christmas – New Year) and summer (week of July 4th), for most full-time positions." -> Benefits. - "NTC is “The College that Cares” and makes a difference in the lives of our employees and students. If you have the desire to help students while positively impacting the community, we’d love for you to join our team! See why our current employees did!" -> Could be About the role as well. We'll combine About the role: first sentence + last sentences. Now Responsibilities: list of duties under Essential Functions And Responsibilities. We'll output
  • each duty. We need to capture all duties: they are grouped under sections: Dental Therapy Clinical at NTC (Instruction and Student Learning, Curriculum and Program Development, Professional and Scholarly Engagement, College and Program Participation) and Community Practitioner at BCHC (Clinical Dental Services, Additional Dental Procedures). We'll just list each bullet as a duty. We need to extract each duty line: From text: Dental Therapy Clinical at NTC Instruction and Student Learning Provide didactic, laboratory, and clinical instruction to Dental Therapy students. Prepare and deliver instructional activities, including updating instructional materials and designing learning experiences aligned with program outcomes. Evaluate student performance using clearly communicated criteria and provide timely feedback and academic support. Post and maintain office hours for student assistance. Curriculum and Program Development Contribute to curriculum development, program review, and continuous quality improvement processes. Develop evaluation criteria, assessments, and instructional resources that meet CODA standards and reflect current evidence-based practice. Participate in accreditation activities and ensure instructional compliance with program requirements. Professional and Scholarly Engagement Maintain professional competence in assigned teaching areas and participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education. Engage in scholarly activity, including applied research, publication, instructional innovation, or community engagement consistent with CODA expectations. Support and model NTC’s mission, values, and commitment to student success, equity, and inclusion. College and Program Participation Participate in program and College meetings, including Team Time and Advisory Committee meetings. Submit final grades by the scheduled due date on the academic calendar. Attend College in service sessions, commencements, and other required College activities. Community Practitioner at BCHC Clinical Dental Services Provide educational, clinical, and therapeutic services to children and adults. Perform comprehensive oral examinations and assessments; treatment planning, and follow up care. Deliver routine preventative and restorative care (e.g. fillings, sealants, fluoride varnish, basic extractions, etc.). Administer local anesthetic and desensitizing medication. Additional Dental Procedures Change periodontal dressings. Prepare and place direct restorations in primary and permanent teeth. Minor adjustment and repair of removable prostheses. Recement permanent crowns. Fabricate athletic mouth guards and soft occlusal guards. Fabricate and place single-tooth temporary crowns. Prepare and place preformed crowns on primary teeth. We'll list each as
  • . Now Requirements: Other Requirements: Valid Wisconsin driver's license. Current Basic Life Support BLS certification or ability to obtain within the required timeframe. Must maintain all professional credentials and licensure requirements throughout employment. BCHC: Initial and on-going credentialing and privileging per the guidelines set forth by Human Resources Services Administration (HRSA). BCHC: Initial and on-going payor enrollment (credentialing). Also Physical Requirements list but those are not requirements? They are physical requirements; could be included but they'd be a list. However they are not exactly "Requirements" but could be placed under Requirements as well. The instruction says we can include Requirements heading if there is real specific content. We have driver's license, BLS, credentials, etc. That's specific. We'll include those. We could also include Physical Requirements as a list under Requirements, but that may be too detailed. Might be okay. Qualifications: Education: Other Doctor of Dental Surgery DDS, Doctor of Dental Medicine DMD, or a degree in Dental Therapy from a CODA accredited program. Wisconsin Dental Therapy License Wisconsin license required within one year of hire for NTC duties Wisconsin license required for all work at Bridge Community Health Clinic Experience: maybe. Now Benefits: we have the Total Rewards package description. We'll put that as

. Schedule: position is generally 30 hours per week at NTC salaried and 10 hours per week at BCHC hourly, with flexibility based on academic and clinical priorities. We'll put that as

. We must not include Pay section because salary is commensurate (filler). So omit Pay. We must not include application instruction line. We must not include cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present. Now output HTML fragment. Let's craft.
