Dental Therapist

About the role

We are seeking a full-time or part-time Dental Therapist to join our team at Gentle Dental's new Klamath Falls office in Klamath Falls, OR. Our vision is to provide exceptional, lifelong, integrated oral healthcare services that enhance the quality of our patients' lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care to patients under the supervision of licensed dentists.
• Perform routine dental procedures such as cleanings, fillings, and extractions.
• Assist in the diagnosis and treatment planning for patients.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

• Accredited Dental Therapy Program Graduate.
• Current license to practice as a Dental Therapist in the state of Oregon.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Passion for improving patient care and oral health.
• Experience in a dental setting preferred but not required.

Skills

• Proficient in dental hygiene techniques and procedures.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills.

Salary

$15,000 signing bonus is offered upon hire.
