About the role

We are seeking a full-time Dental Therapist to join our team at Gentle Dental Roseburg. Our vision is to provide exceptional, lifelong, integrated oral healthcare services that enhance the quality of our patients' lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care to patients under the supervision of licensed dentists.
• Perform routine dental procedures such as cleanings, fillings, and extractions.
• Assist in the diagnosis and treatment planning for complex cases.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

• Accredited Dental Therapy Program Graduate.
• Current license to practice as a Dental Therapist in Oregon.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Passionate about improving patient outcomes through evidence-based practices.
• Experience with digital dental technologies is a plus.

Pay

$10,000 signing bonus is offered upon successful completion of probationary period.
