Dental Team Leader
About the role
In this role, you'll support our mission of Smiles For Everyone® by overseeing daily operations, fostering a positive patient experience, and supporting the success of the team.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing patient scheduling
- Managing collections and receivables
- Getting supplies and navigating other operational expenses
- Keeping an eye on staff productivity and supporting the team where necessary
- Making sure staff are trained on patient care, equipment monitoring, maintenance duties, and compliance
Qualifications
- At least one year of experience as a team lead in a Dental office
- Experience leading a team
- Knowledge of dental terminology

Pay
$21 - $26 per hour
Schedule
M-TR 7:45am-5:15pm, F 8am-12
