Dental Scheduler - Remote

Introduction To Role

Unique Dental Scheduling is a remote call center. You will handle back-to-back calls throughout your shift, efficiently scheduling appointments for clients. Accuracy in appointment scheduling, data entry, and information sharing with both patients and clients is expected. We provide ongoing training and professional development to support your success.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Answer calls within 3 seconds or less.
• Complete a standard call within 5 minutes.
• Provide excellent patient care/customer service at all times.
• Manage time efficiently while on and off the phones.
• Prioritize tasks/calls in order of importance.
• Respond cooperatively to constructive criticism.

Education/Experience Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A 2-year post-high school education is preferred.
• One to two years of customer service experience are required, with phone-based experience preferred.

Additional Requirements

• A high-speed internet connection is required.
• You must pass a pre-employment background screen.
• You must successfully pass all pre-employment assessments.
• You must provide two work references with current contact information at the time of the interview.

Available Schedules

• Full-time: Monday to Friday, flexible schedules between 10:00 AM EST and 9:00 PM EST.
• Part-time: Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday, flexible schedules between 10:00 AM EST and 8:00 PM EST.
