Dental Receptionist – Dental Training Provided

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced, supportive healthcare environment. We are hiring a Full-Time Dental Receptionist to help create a welcoming, 5-star experience for our patients from the moment they call or walk through the door.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with a friendly, professional attitude
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Help patients with questions, treatment plans, and financial conversations
• Use Google Drive, Google Docs, Excel, and Dentrix dental software
• Keep front desk records organized and accurate
• Work with the team to create a 5-star patient experience

Requirements

• Reception, admin, or customer service experience
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Comfortable using computers and office technology
• Comfortable discussing payments and financial information
• Dependable, positive, and willing to learn
• Bilingual is a plus, but not required

Qualifications

• No dental experience is required — we provide full training and ongoing support
