About the role

Our thriving dental practice in the heart of Boulder, Colorado is searching for an enthusiastic, friendly, and dependable Dental Receptionist to become the face of our office. Every day, you'll help create an exceptional experience for our patients—from the moment they walk through the door until they leave smiling.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients with a warm, friendly smile
• Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling and questions
• Clock appointments and keep our schedule running efficiently
• Collect payments and assist with insurance verification
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Support our clinical team to ensure every patient has an outstanding visit

Requirements

• Has a positive attitude and genuinely enjoys helping others
• Is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Can multitask in a fast-paced environment with confidence
• Has excellent communication and customer service skills
• Dental or medical front office experience is a plus—but we're happy to train the right person with the right attitude!

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
