About the role
Lead daily office operations and elevate the patient experience. Drive performance, scheduling efficiency, and retention goals. Recruit, coach, and develop front and back office teams. Partner with HR on hiring, compliance, and employee relations. Oversee reporting, budgeting, and supply management. Ensure compliance with all state dental and safety regulations.

Requirements
- Experience in medical or dental office management
- Strong leadership presence and accountability mindset
- Ability to manage teams and improve operational performance
- Weekend availability as needed
- Spanish-speaking ability is a plus

Pay
Base Salary: $52,000 – $65,000 (based on experience)
Performance Bonuses: $10,000 – $20,000 annually
Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 (clawback terms apply)
Schedule
Some Office Manager roles may require travel between nearby practices as part of operational oversight.
