Dental Implant Sales Consultant

Nuvia Dental Implant Center is a fast-growing company in the dental implant industry, set to double the number of locations in the next year. The global dental implants market was valued at $4.15 billion in 2022 and is projected to grow to $6.95 billion by 2030.

About the role

As an Implant Sales Rep (Smile Consultant) in our West Bloomfield, MI center, you will remove barriers for potential patients to help move them forward with treatment that dramatically improves their quality of life. Top performers earn $16,000–$20,000/month in commission with a $50k base salary and no cap on earnings.

Responsibilities

• Influence patients to accept treatment by building trust and addressing their concerns.
• Collect payment and maintain an organized CRM to manage patient queues.
• Follow and suggest improvements to current processes.
• Attend weekly training meetings.
• Follow up aggressively with patients to secure sales.
• Present patient information to doctors to determine diagnosis.
• Assist patients in removing barriers to treatment and applying for financing.
• Administer a successful handoff to the administrative team for scheduling.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales and meeting KPIs.
• CRM systems experience preferred.
• B2C sales experience a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• Displays a strong sense of empathy and the ability to connect with people on a personal level.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with potential for extra hours to secure sales (no cap on commissions).

Pay

$50,000 base salary with premium commission structure. Top reps earn $50,000–$250,000/year, including bonuses.

Day in the Life

• Meet with 4–7 warm leads daily to discuss full-arch dental implants.
• Participate in sales meetings and daily huddles.
• Connect and follow up with patients to understand their goals and motivations.
