About the role

At Dental365, being a dental hygienist goes beyond routine. We prioritize quality care with dedicated time for each patient in a modern, safe practice environment. Our growing Hygiene Executive Committee supports and leads our entire hygiene team, offering growth opportunities.

Schedule

• Monday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
• Tuesday: OFF (able to add this day if needed)
• Wednesday: 11:00am - 7:00pm (flexible for an earlier start)
• Thursday: OFF (able to add this day if needed)
• Friday: 9:00am - 4:00pm
• Saturday: 8:00am - 3:00pm (every other week optional)

We can be very flexible putting together a schedule. Saturday availability highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of concierge care with exceptional chairside manners, building trust with patients.
• Enhance overall oral health by identifying signs of periodontal disease or potential oral cancers.
• Thoroughly document and review detailed patient medical histories and chief complaints.
• Take x-rays and intraoral images to aid in treatment planning and note any progress or changes.
• Conduct precise oral hygiene procedures aligned with treatment plans prescribed by the attending dentist.
• Proficiently handle emergency measures in response to sudden adverse developments during patient treatment.
• Provide instructions for at-home care and oral health maintenance.

Requirements

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist license.
• Current CPR (BLS) Certification.
• Exceptional working knowledge of comprehensive dentistry, including dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and meticulous documentation.
• Any additional certification or license as required by the state to perform specified duties.

Pay

Salary range: $50–$55 USD per hour.
