About the Role

As a Dental Hygienist at Dental365, you’ll deliver high-quality, concierge-level care in a modern, safe, and supportive environment. We prioritize patient well-being with 1-hour recall appointments and provide growth opportunities through our Hygiene Executive Committee.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional chairside care, building trust with patients through strong communication and professionalism.
• Identify signs of periodontal disease, oral cancers, and other oral health concerns.
• Review and document detailed patient medical histories and chief complaints.
• Take and interpret x-rays and intraoral images to support treatment planning.
• Perform precise oral hygiene procedures aligned with dentist-prescribed treatment plans.
• Respond to emergencies during patient treatment with proficiency.
• Educate patients on at-home care and oral health maintenance.

Requirements

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist license.
• Current CPR (BLS) Certification.
• Strong knowledge of comprehensive dentistry, including hygiene procedures, patient screening, and documentation.
• Any additional state-required certifications or licenses.

Schedule

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM (every other week, alternates with Saturdays)
• Thursday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (every other week, alternates with Wednesdays)
