Dental Hygienist - Travel
Overview
Midwest Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking a Traveling Dental Hygienist to support their growing teams in the La Crosse and Holmen areas. This role offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus for full-time positions, flexible scheduling, and premium pay.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional preventive and periodontal care across multiple practices
- Educate patients on oral health and long-term care strategies
- Perform SRP, prophy, periodontal maintenance, and screenings
- Collaborate with doctors and teams to ensure seamless, high-quality patient care
- Adapt confidently while maintaining a consistent, positive patient experience
Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license
- Comfortable traveling between locations in the La Crosse market
- Strong clinical skills and time management
- Adaptable, positive, and team-oriented mindset
- Passion for patient care and education

What We’re Looking For
An active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!). A current CPR certification.
