Dental Hygienist - Temporary

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and updating patient records and vital signs
• Performing X-ray procedures and storing images
• Conducting periodontal charting and assisting with exams
• Providing preventative care, restorations, and administering local anesthesia and nitrous oxide
• Offering oral hygiene education and supporting infection control
• Participating in dental education programs and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards
• Performing other clinical duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Dental Hygiene program with an active Oregon State license
• CPR certification within 90 days of hire
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
• Knowledge of dental practices, anesthesia, and restorative procedures
• Proficiency with electronic records, Microsoft Office, and excellent patient interaction skills
