Responsibilities

• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the dentist, following AAP guidelines.
• Manage patient schedules to ensure comprehensive care and education.
• Work with the dental team to provide exceptional patient experiences.
• Utilize state-of-the-art technology such as intra-oral scanners and voice-activated charting.
• Participate in ongoing training, continuing education, and professional development.
• Support and mentor colleagues within a collaborative culture.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution.
• Active dental hygiene license in the practice state.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse patients.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
