About the Role

A dental hygienist providing patient-centered oral health care within a modern clinical environment, supporting doctors, and educating patients with autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Assess oral health, develop care plans, and educate patients.
• Manage a manageable schedule, typically 5–7 patients per day.
• Utilize digital tools for assessments, charting, and clinical decisions.
• Support practice operations across multiple locations as needed.
• Partner with the dental team to ensure exceptional patient experiences.
• Participate in hands-on training, onboarding, and ongoing education through structured programs.

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution.
• Active dental hygiene license in the practice state.
• Valid driver’s license and appropriate insurance (role involves travel to support multiple locations).
