A dental hygienist is a trusted oral health provider and clinical partner to the dentist, responsible for assessing oral health, recommending care based on clinical indicators, and educating patients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver personalized patient care plans in collaboration with the dentist.
• Utilize digital tools such as voice-activated perio charting, 3D scanning, and AI technology to support assessments and patient communication.
• Manage schedules and supplies independently to ensure comprehensive care.
• Participate in structured onboarding, training, and ongoing education programs.
• Work within a modern clinical environment focused on high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution.
• Active dental hygiene license in the practice state.
