About the role

At Premier Care Dental Management, being a dental hygienist goes beyond routine. Our practice is located at NY Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics - 90 S Ridge St, Rye Brook, NY 10573.

• 1-Hour recall appointments: We prioritize quality care with dedicated time for each patient.

Schedule

• Monday: 9:30 am - 5:30 pm
• Wednesday: 9:30 am - 5:30 pm
• Thursday: 9:30 am - 5:30 pm
• Friday: 9:30 am - 5:30 pm
• Saturday: 9:00 am - 2:00 pm (2x per month)

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of concierge care with exceptional chairside manners, building trust with our patients.
• Enhance overall oral health by identifying signs of periodontal disease or potential oral cancers.
• Thoroughly document and review detailed patient medical histories and chief complaints.
• Take x-rays and intraoral images to aid in treatment planning and note any progress/changes.
• Conduct precise oral hygiene procedures aligned with treatment plans prescribed by the attending Dentist.
• Proficiently handle emergency measures in response to sudden adverse developments during patient treatment.
• Provide instructions for at-home care and oral health maintenance.

Qualifications

• Prior experience and special interest working with pediatric patients.
• Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in respective state.
• Current CPR (BLS) Certification.
• Exceptional working knowledge of comprehensive dentistry, encompassing dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and meticulous documentation.
• Any additional certification/license as required by the state to perform specified duties.

Pay

New York Salary Range: $50/HR - $55/HR + quarterly office bonusing opportunity.
