What You'll Do

  • Provide preventive, periodontal, and therapeutic dental hygiene care.
  • Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments and develop treatment recommendations.
  • Educate patients on oral health, hygiene techniques, and ongoing care plans.
  • Utilize digital technology and modern dental equipment to enhance patient care.
  • Work collaboratively with dentists and clinical staff to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
  • Build trust with patients and help create a comfortable, positive environment during every visit.
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation and treatment records.
  • Support a patient-first culture focused on clinical excellence and compassionate care.

What's In It for You

  • Starting pay of $60.00-$65.00/hour DOE

What You Need to Have

  • Active Oregon Dental Hygiene License
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong patient education and relationship-building abilities

  • Active Oregon Dental Hygiene License

  • Comfortable working onsite in Hillsboro, Oregon

Preferred Experience

  • With Dentrix practice management software
  • Experience using intraoral cameras
  • Experience with diode laser therapy
  • Periodontal therapy experience
  • Spanish-speaking ability
  • Previous experience in a comprehensive dental practice
