Dental Hygienist (Part-Time)

About the role

As a Registered Dental Hygienist, you’ll deliver high-quality, concierge-level care in a contemporary, safe, and growth-oriented environment. We prioritize patient relationships and clinical excellence with 50-60 minute appointments and a supportive Hygiene Executive Committee.

Schedule

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide concierge-level care with exceptional chairside manner to build patient trust.
• Identify signs of periodontal disease and potential oral cancers.
• Document and review detailed patient medical histories and chief complaints.
• Take x-rays and intraoral images to support treatment planning and track progress.
• Perform precise oral hygiene procedures aligned with dentist-prescribed treatment plans.
• Manage emergency situations during patient treatment.
• Educate patients on at-home care and oral health maintenance.

Requirements

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist license.
• Current CPR (BLS) Certification.
• Strong knowledge of comprehensive dentistry, including hygiene procedures, patient screening, and documentation.
• Any additional state-required certifications/licenses for specified duties.

Pay

$40–$50 per hour (base hourly pay or 30% of adjusted production, whichever is higher).
