About the role

Join a dynamic and fun-loving dental team at Lange, Rider and Reynolds. We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist.

Responsibilities

• Perform dental cleanings, including scaling and root planing, and polishing teeth to perfection.
• Educate and empower patients on maintaining excellent oral hygiene and the importance of dental health.
• Tech-savvy tasks such as taking digital X-rays and administering nitrous oxide with precision.
• Classify periodontal conditions and apply fluoride treatments to keep smiles shining.
• Document findings and treatments meticulously in electronic medical charts.
• Relay findings to the dentist and assist chairside as needed.
• Clean, sterilize, and set up instruments, ensuring hygiene and X-ray rooms are always ready for action.

Requirements

• Valid state license to practice as a Registered Dental Hygienist.
• Proficiency in taking digital X-rays and administering nitrous oxide.
• Strong knowledge of periodontal conditions and fluoride application.
• Excellent communication skills for patient education and team collaboration.
• Experience with electronic medical charting systems.
• Able to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• X-ray certification, coronal polishing, and CPR certification required.

Pay

$38.00-$44.00/hour depending on experience level.

Schedule

Part-time schedule: Tuesdays 8:00am - 5:30pm, Wednesdays 8:00am - 5:30pm, Fridays 8:00am - 12:30pm.
