Responsibilities

• Deliver preventive hygiene services and periodontal care.
• Help patients understand home-care routines and ways to maintain oral health.
• Coordinate with dentists and other team members to support each patient’s treatment.
• Document care accurately and help patients feel comfortable throughout their visit.

Pay

Starting pay is $60 per hour. Incentive programs offer the opportunity to earn up to $88 per hour; that higher amount includes incentives and is not a guaranteed base wage. A sign‑on bonus is available, with the amount and terms discussed during the hiring process.

Schedule

Full‑time scheduling is available. The advertised pattern includes Tuesday afternoons and morning shifts Wednesday through Friday. Exact hours and the complete full‑time arrangement will be discussed during the interview. This is an in‑person patient‑care position in the Hugo area.
