About the role
We provide a dedicated assistant for room turnover, sterilization, and charting so you can focus on patient care and easily hit your bonus targets. Our Assisted Hygiene model lets you concentrate entirely on scaling, root planing, and co-diagnosis while your assistant handles room prep, X-rays, and sterilization—eliminating rush and maximizing your uncapped production bonus.
Pay
Base Pay: $45.00 – $50.00 per hour plus uncapped production bonus (no ceiling on earnings). We also cover your annual Nevada RDH license renewal fees.
Schedule
Consistent, predictable hours with plenty of time to recharge and enjoy the Reno-Tahoe outdoors.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality clinical exams, preventative cleanings, scaling, root planing (SRP), digital charting, and oral cancer screenings.
- Educate patients on oral health, reduce anxieties, and engage them in preventative care.
- Partner with doctors to co-diagnose, review digital X-rays, audit periodontal health, and build conservative treatment plans.
- Maintain an efficient, comforting patient flow using our assisted hygiene model.
Requirements
- Active Nevada Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in good standing (or actively obtaining NV licensure).
- Experience with modern dental practice management software and digital charting (Open Dental and digital radiography a plus).
- Commitment to gentle, compassionate, comprehensive preventative and periodontal therapies for all ages.
- Exceptional communication, warm bedside manner, attention to detail, and a collaborative “team-first” mentality.
