About the role

We are seeking an experienced Dental Hygienist Coach to work with clients looking to break into or grow within the dental hygiene field. This role includes teaching core skills in dental cleanings, patient care, and oral health education, as well as guiding clients through certification requirements. Coaches also support clients on the career side, offering resume review and interview prep, along with networking strategy and salary negotiation tailored to dental hygiene roles.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Hands-on experience as a dental hygienist or in dental education (as a practicing hygienist, clinical instructor, or industry professional)
• A strong understanding of patient care best practices
• A clear, structured approach to coaching clients through both technical and career growth

Qualifications

• Experience working with clients to achieve their career and educational goals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to set one's own hours and rates
• Proficiency in virtual session hosting
