Dental Hygienist

About the Role

Dream Dental in Goodlettsville, Tennessee is seeking a full‑time Dental Hygienist to join a well‑established office with three experienced dentists, a productive schedule, and amazing patients. The practice values a fast‑paced, high‑tech environment and invests in skilled team members.

Schedule

Four days per week on a rotating schedule with one Saturday per month:

• Week 1: Monday – Thursday
• Week 2: Tuesday – Friday
• Week 3: Wednesday – Saturday

Hours:

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Thursday, Friday, Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay

Competitive pay plus uncapped commission potential.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene
• Registered Dental Hygiene License in Tennessee
• Current CPR certification
• Knowledge of Open Dental (a plus)
• Outstanding time‑management and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team for the benefit of patients and the practice
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑tech environment with strong periodontal skills and a focus on patient education
