Dental Hygienist

Responsibilities

• Performing routine and new patient dental hygiene procedures
• Utilizing digital tools like Velscope and digital x-rays
• S supporting patient education and preventive care
• Maintaining accurate medical histories and documentation
• Collaborating with a team to ensure high-quality care

Qualifications

• CURRENT Missouri dental hygienist license and relevant degree
• KNOWLEDGE OF DENTAL PROCEDURES, PATIENT SCREENING, AND MEDICAL HISTORY DOCUMENTATION
• CPR certification
• PREFERRED EXPERIENCE WITH DIGITAL SCANNERS, DIAGNOSEDENT, AND ELECTRONIC RECORDS

Skills & Physical Requirements

• STRONG CLINICAL SKILLS AND DESIRE FOR ONGOING LEARNING
• ABILITY TO PERFORM ESSENTIAL DUTIES, INCLUDING LIFTING UP TO 45 POUNDS AND PROLONGED SITTING/STANDING
• AVAILABILITY FOR TRAINING AND TB TESTING
