About the Role

The Dental Boutique Naples is seeking a Dental Hygienist to join a private practice focused on quality dental care and patient experience. This is a family-owned general dentistry office providing services including Invisalign, implants, and full arch restorations. The practice has earned over 1,000 5-star Google Reviews and operates a No Hungry Pets Program that has donated nearly 3,000 months of food to the Humane Society of Tampa Bay.

Core Competencies

• Minimum of 2 years of Dental Hygiene experience required
• Ability to co-diagnose treatment and present treatment to patients
• Experience with iTero Scanner a plus
• Prior knowledge of Open Dental software is a plus but not required

Essential Functions

• Mastery in radiographs, periodontal scaling and root planing, oral hygiene instructions, and case presentation
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Willingness to help in all areas of the practice as the team grows
• Willingness to be flexible and accommodating with schedule, including understanding that patient care occasionally requires end times to run past scheduled close
• Consistent in cleanliness, timeliness, and customer service
