Responsibilities

• Administers prophylactic treatment by scaling and polishing
• Documents areas of existing restorations
• Uses X-ray
• Reviews patient's history
• Documents and instructs patients on oral hygiene techniques
• Works with patients to improve their oral hygiene
• Assists patients with oral hygiene
• Conducts screenings

Requirements

• Active {State} Hygienist license
• Current BLS/CPR certifications
• Maintains annual OSHA, HIPAA and Infection Control training
• Minimum 1 or more years of RDH clinical experience
