Dental Hygienist

About the role

Premier Dental Center in Naperville, IL is seeking a friendly and collaborative Dental Hygienist to join their team. The schedule includes Monday 6:30am-4:30pm, Tuesday 9:30-7:30pm, Wednesday 7:30am-5:30pm, Thursday 6:30am-4:30pm, two Saturdays per month from 7:30-3:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Perform dental hygiene procedures
• Document patient histories and dental screenings
• Provide preventive care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
• Communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare providers
• Participate in continuing education to enhance clinical skills

Requirements

• Current dental hygienist license in IL
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry and dental hygiene procedures
• CPR Certification

Qualifications

• Open to new graduates and experienced hygienists
• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills
