About the role
Seeking a Dental Hygienist to join a collaborative, community-focused practice.
Responsibilities
- Providing patient dental screenings, education, and preventative care
- Performing hygiene procedures such as cleanings, exams, and use of advanced tools like Velscope and digital scanners
- Documenting medical histories and maintaining patient records
- Supporting a team of two doctors in a fast-paced environment
- Upholding high standards of patient care and safety
Qualifications and Skills
- Current Missouri dental hygienist license and relevant degree
- Knowledge of dental procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation
- CPR certification
- Preferred experience with digital x-rays, electronic records, and advanced diagnostic tools
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Ability to perform physical duties, including lifting up to 45 pounds and prolonged sitting/standing
