Dental Hygienist

Responsibilities

• Provide oral hygiene services including prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, polishing, restorations, and application of preventive agents such as fluoride and sealants.
• Accurately chart a review of patient dental history and update as necessary, patient's periodontal health, record provided treatment, and handle patient records securely and in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Administer local anesthetics, if allowed by dental practice act.

Requirements

• We’re looking for an active Colorado hygiene license.
• Strong clinical standards and perio focus.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• CPR/BLS Certification.
• Interest in maximizing production ethically and efficiently.

Pay

Competitive hourly base rate 30% of net production (paid when production exceeds base), no cap on earnings. Sign-on bonus (location dependent).

Schedule

Standard one-hour appointments for most procedures, extended time allowed for periodontal procedures as needed.
