Pay: 30% of adjusted collections OR $45/hour minimum — whichever is higher, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus

Responsibilities
- Perform cleanings, SRP, and preventive treatments
- Educate patients on oral health
- Collaborate with dentist and team on care plans
- Maintain accurate records and follow safety protocols
Requirements
- Licensed Dental Hygienist (new grads encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Team-oriented and reliable
