Responsibilities
- Conduct patient examinations, screenings, and cleanings
- Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
- Maintain accurate medical and dental records
- Assist with procedures and utilize dental technology
- Uphold safety and infection control standards
Qualifications
- Current Missouri dental hygienist license
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge of dental procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation
- CPR certification
Skills
- Experience with digital X-rays, Velscope, Diagnodent, and electronic records
- Strong communication skills
- Desire for professional growth
Physical & Other Requirements
- Ability to perform duties with prolonged sitting/standing
- Lifting up to 45 pounds
- Attending training sessions
- TB testing required for safety standards
