Dental Hygienist

About the role

As a Dental Hygienist at Noble Community Clinics, you’ll play a vital role in promoting oral health and preventing dental diseases. You’ll be a key part of a compassionate dental team, delivering care that goes beyond the chair.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient screenings: assess oral health, review medical histories, and identify potential concerns
• Perform dental cleanings: remove plaque, tartar, and stains with precision and care
• Educate patients: provide personalized guidance on brushing, flossing, nutrition, and more
• Take x-rays and diagnostics: capture quality images to assist with diagnosis and treatment planning
• Apply preventive treatments: administer fluoride and sealants to protect teeth
• Support the dentist: assist during procedures and ensure a comfortable patient experience

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program
• Valid State of Wisconsin Dental Hygienist License
• 1+ year of experience preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
