About the practice

This isn't a role where you're rushed through a column and sent home. We're looking for a Dental Hygienist who wants to grow, with a team that treats hygiene as central to the practice rather than an add-on. If you've been looking for somewhere to build a long career instead of another stop, this role is designed for you. We will assist with relocation for the right person to complete our team.

Responsibilities

• Perform periodontal procedures in a manner that is best for the patient in accordance with all state dental board requirements
• Build trust through clear education for patients on strategies to prevent, diagnose, and treat periodontal disease as well as maintaining their oral health
• Chart conditions of periodontal disease for collaboration with the Dentist to develop the appropriate treatment plan
• Work collaboratively with the team on scheduling, ensuring an exceptional patient experience, and maintaining the condition of the practice and equipment

Requirements

• Dental hygiene licensure compliant with the State Dental Board with no adverse actions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both the team and patients
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products and working with dental software, Open Dental experience would be an added bonus

Pay

$55.00 – $60.00 per hour
