Responsibilities

• Provide thorough, personalized dental hygiene care
• Educate patients about oral health and preventive care
• Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver exceptional patient experiences
• Document patient screenings and medical histories
• Utilize dental technologies such as Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical records

Requirements

• Current dental hygienist license in Minnesota
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry and dental hygiene procedures
• CPR Certification
• Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation
• Prolonged periods sitting and standing
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
• Availability to attend virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year
• Tuberculosis (TB) test required for all new hires (not applicable in FL & TN)

Preferred Experience

• Experienced and new graduates welcome to apply
• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills
