Dental Hygienist

About the Role

A Dental Hygienist provides exceptional patient care, promotes oral health, and supports the clinical team within a dental practice. You will be recognized as an elite provider and patient advocate, delivering comprehensive preventative care and maintaining high clinical standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform dental hygiene procedures, patient screenings, and medical history documentation.
• Utilize advanced tools such as digital x-rays, digital scanners, Velscope, and Diagnodent.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure quality patient experiences.
• Support patient education and promote oral health maintenance.
• Participate in ongoing education and mentorship programs to enhance skills.

Requirements

• Current dental hygienist license and relevant degree (Associate’s or Bachelor’s).
• Knowledge of dental procedures, patient screening, and medical documentation.
• CPR certification required.
• New grads and experienced hygienists encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, clinical, and growth mindset skills.
• Ability to sit, stand, and lift up to 45 pounds.
• TB test completion prior to employment in supported offices (excluding certain states).
