About the role
The role is responsible for providing dental hygiene services to patients under the supervision of a dentist.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine dental hygiene procedures
- Assess patient needs and provide appropriate care
- Document patient visits and treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
- Current license to practice dental hygiene in the state
- Experience in a clinical setting preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dental hygiene techniques
- Oral health education
- Basic computer skills
