Dental Hygienist

As we grow, we are looking for a Dental Hygienist and respected provider to join us and be part of a team committed to excellence in dentistry!

Pay

Starting at $55-60/hour (based on experience) + lucrative bonus program.

Schedule

Monday–Thursday 6:30am–4:15pm with a 60-minute lunch (3-day weekends).

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to discuss oral health hygiene as it relates to the mouth-body connection
• Review and update dental x-rays and chart notes while maintaining dental equipment and x-ray machine
• Record detailed narratives and probing depths for claims
• Ensure OSHA/HIPAA compliance
• Sterilize and maintain dental supplies
• Successfully complete scaling and root planning and/or prophylaxis
• Excel at placing fluoride varnish and sealants
• Serve as a point of escalation for both patient and team relations
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and the team

Qualifications

• Ability to empathize and provide top-notch, positive patient care while connecting with our diverse patient base
• Degree or certificate in hygiene from an accredited program and a valid state license
• CPR certification
• Certification in local anesthesia administration
• Laser certification (a plus)
