Requirements
- Ability to empathize and provide top-notch, positive patient care while connecting with our diverse patient base.
- Degree or certificate in hygiene from an accredited program and a valid state license.
- Current Certification from an accredited Hygiene Program.
- Current CPR Certification.
Responsibilities
- Review and update dental x-rays and chart notes while maintaining dental equipment and x-ray machine.
- Record detailed narratives and probing depths for claims.
- Ensure OSHA/HIPAA compliance.
- Sterilize and maintain dental supplies.
- Successfully complete Scaling and Root Planning and/or Prophylaxis.
- Excel with placing fluoride varnish and sealants.
- Build trust as a bridge between patients and team, fostering positive relationships and advocating for excellent care experiences.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and the team.
Pay
Salary averages about $40 and up based on experience.
