Mercy Care Atlanta is seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our: Primary Care Clinic: Neighborhood Union Under the guidance of a licensed provider, you will help preserve dental health, prevent disease, and improve the well-being of individuals from diverse backgrounds. What You Will Do Conduct oral examinations and perform dental prophylaxisProvide patient education on dental hygiene, especially for those with chronic illnessesAssist in community outreach, including health fairs and events (3-4 times per year)Care for patients of various age groups, including adults, geriatrics, and occasionally infants, children, and adolescents Minimum Qualifications Associate’s degree in Dental HygieneActive licensure by the Georgia Board of Dentistry as a Registered Dental HygienistAt least two years of experience in dental hygieneStrong knowledge of dental procedures, equipment, and terminologyExcellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting Position Highlights And Benefits Day-1 Benefits (Low-cost medical, dental, and vision insurance plans).
